How the pipeline works
One single scan.
One single scan.
Six outputs identical at the source.
We don't produce six materials separately. We capture the property once with LiDAR, and from that single file the six pieces the buyer sees are derived. None requires a second visit, and none can contradict the others: they all share the same data source.

all six outputs share the same source file — nothing is edited, nothing is generated separately
Traditional process
- Photographer one day, measurer the next, video editor a third
- Each professional works with their own judgment and their own equipment
- The floor plan may not match what the video shows
- Fixing a discrepancy means repeating part of the process
With InmoScan 3D
- One single visit, one technician, one LiDAR scan
- All six deliverables are generated from the same data file
- The floor plan, the 3D model and the video describe exactly the same property
- There's no "official" version and "marketing" version: there's only one
1→6
Everything comes from the same scan. A single LiDAR scan generates the walkthrough, video, floor plan, 3D model, dollhouse and photography. No retouching, no artificial generation, no two different versions of the same property: just one reality, shown from six angles.
