No filters. No AI.
Just laser.
AI is everywhere, including real estate: virtual staging, automatic photo enhancement, floor plan generation. We've chosen not to use it to capture the reality of a property — not because we don't know how, but because we know exactly what it does, and what it doesn't.
What is LiDAR technology?
LiDAR (Light Detection and Ranging) emits hundreds of thousands of laser pulses per second to measure real distances, point by point. Instead of photographing with a fisheye lens that curves walls and distorts proportions, LiDAR scanning builds a 3D point cloud that is faithful to the property's real geometry.
Real precision
Measure walls, doors, windows and furniture spaces directly from the screen, with a margin of error under 1%.
Immersive experience
Smooth, continuous navigation through the property, with no optical distortion — the real feeling of walking through every room.
100,000+ points per second
Every scan captures hundreds of thousands of laser measurements, far more than the human eye could ever verify by hand.
AI vs. LiDAR, point by point
While everyone else generates images, we capture reality.
Real data vs. probabilities
Generative AI: fills gaps based on probabilities — it predicts what it thinks should be there.
Our LiDAR: fills gaps with real data, a million laser pulses per second, with no interpretation or guesswork.
The margin of error that changes real value
AI-generated floor plans: typical margin of error of 8%–15%.
LiDAR floor plans: precision under 1%.
In a 120 m² property, the difference can exceed 18 m² between what a generated plan shows and what actually exists.
Privacy with human judgment
Automated AI: blurs faces mechanically, but does not understand context.
Human technician: spots the bank statement on the table, the alarm panel in the hallway, or the family photo on the shelf.
International buyer confidence
AI tools that "beautify" images have multiplied skepticism, not trust. A LiDAR Digital Twin is verifiable, reproducible and accurate: when a client visits a property we have digitized, there are no surprises.
The day AI measures with the precision of a laser, we will be the first to adopt it
That day has not come yet. Until then: no filters, no AI, just laser.
See it for yourself, on your own property
The best way to understand the difference is to see it applied to a real property.
